Our full-service agency for trade fair construction and events, with headquarter in Hanover, is looking for new team members:


  1. Trainees for the position of management assistant in event organisation
  2. Event managers (full time or part time)
  3. Motivated assistants, also lateral entrants (full time or part time)


We are an innovative, committed and open-minded team and we conceptualize, plan and realise trade show presentations, trade show booths and events for our international clients.


In order to meet demand for our services, we are urgently looking for motivated colleagues who will support us in our diverse tasks.


You will be working closely with our experts and your area of responsibility will be:

  • Support of customer acquisition
  • National and international clients support, before as well as during the event
  • Organisation and coordination of technical equipment for the trade show booths / event furnishings
  • Supervision and planning of projects
  • Assistance in promotional and marketing campaigns
  • Implementation of commercial processes in the preparation and follow-up phases of trade shows


What we expect:

  • Team skills
  • Flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and a talent for improvisation, even when things get very busy
  • The ability to think and act with a service-oriented mind and a pleasure in dealing with other people
  • Very good English language skills (verbal and written)
  • (Previous) knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Class B driver’s licence
